PN Soccer Families:
Winter Fitness and Weight Training is right around the corner. We are starting this coming Monday, December 1st. The coaching staff will be available to assist at each session. Any 9-12th grade student interested in playing Women’s Soccer this spring is welcome to attend. The weekly schedule for weight training will be as follows:
Days: M, W, TH: 5pm-615pm,
Location: PNHS Weight Room
What to Bring:
*Athletic clothing and athletic shoes
*Willingness to learn, work hard, and become stronger
On Monday, I will provide more detailed information in regards to the specifics of the training plan. I will also collect contact information for each student-athlete in attendance. There is no cost.
1. Participation does NOT guarantee you a spot on a PN Women’s Soccer Team. Participation will, however, improve your chances of being on a team!
2. Do not attend if you don’t plan to work hard.
3. While I cannot technically mandate player attendance, I would strongly advise that players interested in improving strength and fitness will be in attendance!
4. Consistent attendance is important. I will be available to speak to athletes about their attendance issues.
