Who: Girls interested in trying out for the soccer team this spring

What: Fitness / Strength workouts run by the seniors and coaching staff
When: Tuesday / Thursday from 3:15-4:30pm
Where: Doghouse Track
Duration: Tuesday January 28th until Tuesday March 4th
*Players should dress to workout, bring running shoes, and water
**These workouts are optional and open to all prospective girls soccer players
